This was one of, if not the best hotel experiences we've ever had. The staff were the most welcoming, friendly people we could have asked for. Tracey, Reginald, Ramona and Kaitlyn made us feel so welcome and so at home. They were all so sincerely interested in making sure we had a pleasant stay and we were genuinely sorry to have to say goodbye to them. I've stayed in hundreds of hotels, and this was the first time I've received a phone call ahead of my stay to offer assistance and let me know how excited they are to welcome me. Reginald did just that, and my wife and I were blown away by the support and enthusiasm. The staff all paid so much attention to our dog and our one-year-old and made them feel very loved and safe. The staff social was great too, we got to hand out with them, see an incredible song and dance performance from Tracey, and were treated to complimentary food and drinks. It was a wonderful evening and one we won't forget. The location itself was fantastic, in a lovely neighbourhood with great cafes and restaurants. The hotel was spotless and our room there was our favourite of all the ones we stayed in in our 8-state road trip. It was huge, pristinely clean, and extremely comfortable. I can't recommend this place enough and want to extend my thanks once again to the staff for making it such a wonderful experience for our family.

I had an outstanding experience at this hotel, largely thanks to the exceptional staff at the reception. They were not just helpful but went above and beyond to assist me. I encountered difficulties with the car rental company and had to wait for the roadside assistance for 2-3hours, which unfortunately never arrived. However, the hotel staff took incredible care of me, providing assistance and, in the end, even managing to get the car running again. This was more than just a service; it was a beautiful human experience. I am truly grateful for the care and support I received. Despite the challenging situation, the hotel staff turned it into a positive and memorable experience. Thank you so much; I will never forget this gesture of kindness! The hotel was everything I expected – a nice, spacious room, convenient hotel parking, and a comfortable bed - the suite provided everything necessary for a restful night.

My family stayed here while evacuating for hurricane Helene. The hotel is exceptional. The property is clean and modern. My only issues were the unfriendly lady at the counter when I checked in and that the booking service set me up in the wrong room but that’s not the hotel’s fault. I will take up my second issue with the booking service. The only other concern is that you are charged “incidentals” which are not included in the agreed price upon checkin. Overall this is a great place to stay. Very clean and quiet. I wish that my stay were longer and that I had the room that the description stated.

I am quite upset with the staff at this location. While we were there the staff was helpful and courteous. When I left I realized that I had left my earrings behind on the counter in the bathroom. I called and they said that nobody turned them in to Lost and Found. The house cleaners had left for the day. They said I should call back in the AM which I did. Nobody admitted to seeing my earrings. The person on the phone was quite dismissive. I found the whole situation unacceptable.

Overall the facility was convenient, comfortable and the front desk staff was helpful. Because of my gluten allergy there was little to offer at the breakfast buffet and the kitchen staff seemed a little annoyed when I inquired about gluten-free bread, but the coffee was excellent.
